Plans currently in for consent with council. 72m2 extension to extend our 144 year old cottage in Riverhead - see photo of plans for an idea of what we are looking for, full plans available. Extension includes hallway, laundry, bathroom, master bedroom with walk in robe and living area. Weather board exterior, hard wood floors already purchased will be installed by our flooring company, cabinetry for bathroom and laundry already purchased, tiles already purchased, light fixtures already purchased - we are basically all ready to go! Looking for a company to visit and learn more about the project. From there we would want them to work out an estimate, and then a full quote.
