Looking for a licensed building practitioner to assess my home

Kia ora everyone. My house was built in 2016 but recently I found that there have been many issues such as leaking from the roof, cracks around windows in the shower room, etc. I understand that I need to ask someone to repair the issues but am also looking for a person who is a licensed building practitioner to assess all areas of the home (including windows and doors) so that I can make a claim for a dispute tribunal.
