House Reno

Need the house to be weather tight, first and foremost. We have exterior doors that are not weather tight and ,have at one stage had the back door stairs come away from the landing, so would like someone to look at that. Would like advice and a quote on what we need to do to bring it up to rentable standards too. Also have a small deck off a bedroom that needs to be rebuilt and Have water tight issues in a downstair room. Front door also has issues with closing, and also a gap from the door jamb to the floor. Would also like to get an idea on insulation, under floor and ceiling. We've also had rats in our ceiling, and I would like to know if they've chewed on any of our wiring, we also have issues with the fuse box tripping when there are to many appliances on. The house is a 1940's bungalow that was trucked up in 3 parts from Ngaruawahia in the 1980's. It needs a bit ofTLC and we'd like to make a start on some of that at some stage. Thank you
