Job: floor to be replaced/repaired ready for tiling as pinex swollen/weak, needed more nogs underneath Lloyd & Nick responded, quoted, started work within 24 hrs - grateful. After job ‘completed’ I noticed there was still bounce/movement in kitchen floor, I crawled under house to investigate, found 15 x nogs abandoned & stretches between joists to 1300mm with no nogs. Phoned Lloyd who denied this was so. Texted photos, he said he’d come back to sort that day. Didn’t show/ignoring calls
