Line small 10 square metre shed conversion to office

Small 3.2 * 3.2 shed to be lined with 9mm akame ply. The shed will be converted to an office space so while the exterior is rustic want the internal finish to be smart. Ply to be butted , want the ceiling to be racked - there is a but if nogging require for the ply. First electric fix has been completed. Second time listed - all other tradies pulled out as job too small so hoping to get someone this time. Good filler , indoors job. Expect the tradie to supply as well fix - will also need a bail of insulation .
