Renovating room and extending

Hi there, We have two jobs but ideally we build a relationship with the builder during first job to have them back for second job. First job - renovating daughters room but knocking down a structural wall and swapping an external door with a window Second job (to be done later) - extending our patio with a pool house. This will be equivalent to a new build as no current structure in area where building is built.
