We have finally got plans for an extension to our property in Wellsford. I have the full plans ready to send to council. The plans are to add another bedroom to a 2 bed house, WE are looking for a builder to take the project through to completion ( our architect will send the plans to council and is waiting for a builder to send info to :)) The build will include recladding, rewiring , plumbing, and windows. WE do have the windows on order. I have the complete plans and reports ready to send If possible we would like to be in before Xmas
