Lay moisture barrier under house & final inspection finishing jobs

Need a few things finished to get final CCC for our relocatable villa. Includes laying plastic on soil under house (ground water moisture barrier). I have the rolls of plastic but not the tape. Villa is 125m. Also need insulation batts stapled under new kitchen floor (have the batts and stapler. Also some other minor finishing jobs like sealing round down pipes, fitting window catches, and mounting a foldable clothesline.
