Villa relocation

We are having a villa moved to our property in Wharehine, approximately 15 minutes west of Wellsford. Building platform, foundation and driveway will be complete by end of March. House will be moved to site at same time. We need a builder to make house right, reinstall various antique items (bathtub, fireplace surrounds). In addition we would like decks and other additions built - however, work could be completed in two phases. Initial ‘move in ready’ needs to start mid-April.
