Minor Alterations- Non-Consented Work

We have a older garage that we would like to convert to a playroom/gym (right hand bay in the picture) This would involve replacing a roller door with a door and window, walling in an existing opening (internal- picture with green bag and dishwasher) and installing a door in the new wall. Also need to discuss if an internal wall (picture with step ladder) is load bearing or not. If not, this will be removed.
