Carport with decking

We're building a 1st floor deck with a carport below. There's also some decking to be be installed and other decking to be replaced. Garded will have to be levelled with a digger, we can discuss this. Plan have just been submitted to council, so I imagine they'll be a minor variation from the submitted plans.
