Barn ronnovation

1. Need to bring an existing pole barn home up to code as a shed then after transfer of use renovate as a home. The structure is sound but a new floor plan, interior walls, flooring and windows are required. Thereafter further renovation for bathroom, kitchen etc. will need completion. Phase one to meet codes is required start in March to complete in June but is possibly minimal Phase two (floors interior walls doors and windows) to begin in June and be complete by September. Phase three TBC. Barn roof is sound, building is already connected to water and power and is water tight. There is an existing floor olan with existing walls some of which will remain. The budget quote below is only for phase one and as much of phase two as possible.
