Verandah roof and hand railings

We need a verandah roof built over our decks for our villa. We will supply the materials it is a timber frame with iron on the roof and there is approximately 25-30 mtrs to do on labour only. The frame needs to be built the iron cut and laid and flashings done. The whole house is being renovated and this is the first job on top floor we need done. Some of the framing has already been started.
