Garage Motor Door fell down from ceiling

Garage Motor fell down from the ceiling before ATM it is fix on one screw but it is not safe and bit loose too, Need to put/install Garage Motor to the ceiling properly. Right now the situation, due to a couple of holes were being made on the ceiling, the garage motor is not holding on ceiling properly. It is a bit lose. I need permanent solution.
