Small outdoor works

Some small outdoor works done which would include; - retaining walls (around waste tank) - drainage (around waste tank) - garden wall (has sound proof requirements - to be discussed) - the use of a digger - some landscaping (removal of two small bushes, levelling of surface) Depending on costs it could also include; - removal of a small shed (2.5x2.5) - Moving of a larger shed (5x5) - plumbing changes (water tank pump & pipe layout related) - potential electrical changes (water tank pump related) - tbc : retaining walls with garden bed (parking area) - tbc : concrete slab (parking area) Would like to start asap and finishs before Christmas (everything). Open to discuss a phased approach which would have part of the job done before Xmas and then the rest after, in Jan/ Feb. Expected cost indicated is reasonable negotiable.
