Kaipara Flats Shed - Whole construction

We are looking for a builder to complete the construction of a 140m2 Shed in Kaipara Kaipara on Rural Land. We have the architectural drawings completed - all timber structure to meet 3604 standard. The cladding materials are steel roof cladding and shaddowclad. New aluminium joinery for windows and doors. The full drawing set will be supplied for quoting. There is power on site already. The site is very flat. The engineer is completing the calcs and detail drawings, should be ready later this week. Our main consideration is timeframe.
