Remedial Work after 2nd Hand Building delivery

We will need some additional work after our second had building has been delivered. The building will be delivered to site on the 16th of August. I will add photos once building has been delivered. List of things to be done. - Nail plates and Z nails to tie bearers to piles. (this may be done already on house delivery) - Replace weatherboards in a 2-3 m2 wall section. - Z nail pine/douglas fur rafters/perlins on periphery for wind strengthening. - Repair wet area membrane in bathroom on cut line. - New stairs for building access. - Close off empty fireplace. - Any unforeseen work.
