Construction of recess for a drop-down double bed

Villa home built in 2013. Has a flued gas fireplace that we want removed and a recess built on the opposite side in the study to make space for a fold-down bed in the cavity that is freed up (cavity that has the gas fireplace in it is approx 1800mm wide x 600mm deep). Need the following work completed; 1. Remove the gas fireplace (gas fitter will decommission first) 2. Remove the flue 3. Install roofing iron/flashing where flue was 4. Remove the fireplace surround (including hearth) 5. Fit/replace/restore as required the timber floor under the hearth once removed 6. Gib the hole left by the fireplace being removed 7. On the wall in the room back side of where the fireplace was, cut a recess to fit a double fold-down bed (2034mm H x 1508mm W x 403mm deep).
