Dryer Hanging and Venting

Need a Dryer Hung in the Garage and vented to the outside. I have the hanging kit as we have just moved into this house but there is currently nothing setup to vent the dryer though access should be simple enough. There is an existing vent that might be able to be used which is shared otherwise a new one could be made.
