Enclose upstairs balcony   There are two sides to enclose (height 2.25m widths 3.25m and 2.5m) There should be an exterior/interior wall up to the level of the balcony railing (balcony railing to stay) Above the balcony level railing I would like to install windows on the two sides. I would like a quote 1. Labour only 2. Labour and materials.
