Deck Build and Sun Room inspection

Deck build from plans. Building consent application has been made but has come back with an RFI regarding an unconsented sun room which was added before I owned the property. I require the sun room to be urgently inspected and information to be gathered for council to show that the sun room was built in accordance with building codes (or prior to 1992). If it has not been built to code it may need work to bring it up to code or it may need to be removed. Once the sun room issue has been dealt with and consent has been issued for the deck, construction of the deck can begin. The property is a rental property and I no longer live in Helensville so I need a builder who can proactively see the job through and maintain good communication throughout.
