Basically I did not clear my gutters plus had some broken roof tiles. This caused leaking and water damage over time causing a number of Soffits to discolour due to water damage and a number actually rot through to create holes. House square meters is about 230 m squared. Note roofer has sorted the causes of the damage now it is doing the second part ie replacing soffits.
