I have a deck going off my lounge that juts out above the driveway. I have the plans already passed by council and have the permit issued. The deck has a steel frame which needs prepping as per plans and re constructing as per plans. The deck will have an open wood floor and will have glass panels all around. Its about 7m by 3 m and on the first floor. The house is cedar and brick and Ive had a quote of around 25-30k
