Fence and small patio

I need an area at the back of my house fenced, one side I'd like in oriental fencing - this side is approx 4 metres. There is an existing post/wire fence at the other end of the area that needs to be made higher by about 0.5 metres, and then there needs to be a fence connected those two fences about 1.5 metres high and I think this is about 8-10 metres long. Thsi section of the fence can be any material, wire is fine. No gates required. Also at my front door is a small area - about 2x2 metres that I'd like to have a raised decking patio done, about 10cm high. Sorry all measurements are guessed as i am not at home and cant check!
