Potential Build on Waimauku Section

Hi, We are looking at purchasing some land in Waimauku and a kitset to be built on this land. Looking for price indications at this stage of how much this build could cost to determine whether the project is financially viable. This is a link to the kit we would be using --- /house-plans/nz222-taieri/ We already have an idea of costs re water tanks, septic systems etc but are wanting to know the costs for the actual build.
