New Minor Dwelling

I have 10 acres of land in Dairy Flat and am looking to add a minor dwelling. Plans have been drawn up and quotes have been given for all the connection fees including sewage and power. Need to get it pushed through council first as it is a stretch outside the usual rules. Will need to have previous success with the council with these sorts of issues. The rules are -60m2 max floor area -no more than 6m from the main dwelling We are planning on building this on existing foundations with driveway access 60m from the main dwelling. The plans are for a 60m2 one bedroom house with an "attic/storage area" which we plan to fit out with another bedroom/bathroom at a later date. We have a quote from one company but wanting to see if someone can beat this price. Proper plans/specs are available on request. Cheers
