1940s weatherboard needs some help

Woodburner removal and patch. This was added by previous owner - we have the council plans. Concrete/ brick hearth to be removed along with wall tiles. The walls and floor will need to be patched. Floor under hearth is wood. Iron roof will also need to be patched. Quite a few rotten weather boards need to be repaired. 2x French doors and 2x Windows to be repaired Fill in gaps between outdoor stairs - only around 8 steps to be filled in. Not in a rush but would like to get sorted. I have no idea on costs.
