Hi, I am the vendor of a property in Wellsford and would like a building inspection done. Property is 130m2 Do you go as far as Wellsford and what would the estimated cost be? When you do the report, can you then also give me the quote how much it would be to fix things if necessary? I will be back at work tomorrow, can you pls email me or txt to --- ?
