We need a professional LBP builder to start and complete a brand new house (190sqm) in Whangaparoa , Start date is in about two weeks . Job will be labour only square meter rate , which you will supply framing nails and general fixings . We supply all specialty fixings and hardware . List of Jobs Involved -sub floor framing -wall and roof truss -paper and sofits -exterior cladding -Doors and windows -Finishing lines I will go through the contract more extensively with the right candidate .

He talked the talk , but couldn't walk the walk . Pulled out of job half way through and not willing to complete it . Have talked to other people and they have said he is known for not completing jobs he starts. Very disappointing and left a sour taste in our mouth . Be very careful !!
