Building new house require a reatining wall built has been engineered and consented approx 27m of wall max height 2m above ground reducing to --- at lowest points with poles that are above ground 2m need to be 3m into ground 400mm hole at 1m centres and 250 SED poles at 2m high point . Require wall to be constructed with drainage coil and back filled . Site will be levelled ready for wall to be built . Can provide drawings . Site in whitehills road Silverdale / Dairy flat
