We have a small 93 Sq Metre initial home, we would like to add an addition to the side. We need a lounge and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, about 45 Sq meters. The roof would have to be joined up. The property has a slope and the extension would be elevated, we hope to build it so we can put in a rumpus underneath, so a bit of excavation may be needed. There would need some rearrangemen of the original house mainly to develop some storage spaces.
