Fraemohs repairs

Hi. I have a 17 year old Fraemohs home in Kaukapakapa. The windows are leaking (no sill trays were installed) and some of the window facings need to be replaced (These have been ordered). All the windows (and ranchsliders too) need to be resealed (the facings removed, sealant applied and replaced). Surrounding walls need to be checked for damage and fixed if necessary. I would like for some windows to be done now as they are actively leaking but in reality most/all of them can be done over summer. One wall has a rotten plank just below a window which needs to be replaced. This needs to be done sooner rather than later this winter. There is a leak (visible at floor level) coming through the wall – either at the wall join and/or at ranchslider. This needs to be found and fixed. Surrounding area needs to be checked for damage. Can wait until summer. All the corner joins of the house need to be weather sealed. Can wait until summer. I also have a front door that needs to be lifted about 25mm. A tradie/builder with experience with Fraemohs homes would be ideal. Loads of corners, three ranchsliders (plus one door), 14 windows, and one rotten wall.
