Add internal access door

Hi there, I would like a rough estimate on how much it would cost to put in an internal access door from our garage to our lounge. I am unsure if the wall is load bearing. There is a Kent fire on this wall and plenty of space for the door either side but if this is a problem we are open to pulling the fire out and installing a heat pump. Cheers Natalie
