House Extension and New Kitchen

Looking to build an extension out over existing decking to give more internal space. The space is about 4M wide by 14M long. The House is 1990's ceder clad wooden framed house. Semi-Rural location on the Whangaparaoa peninsular. Looking for a builder who can do, manage or incorporate the design phase and council approvals. Currently there is a covered deck with foundations running along the front of the house. The extension will create a larger internal living space by incorporating this area into the inside of the house. At the same time we are wanting to replace and extend the current kitchen.
