The property I am moving into next week has a bathroom that has been leaking for years and I want to replace the existing shower/bath and vanity as well as repair the floor and wall. It is a small space but requires more than just a straight forward renovation. I am on a very tight budget so my aim is to get the room dry and safe. The building inspection found that part of the flooring had been replaced but the other half needs replacing and I understand the water damage was caused by the shower lining being incorrectly installed and sealed. The moisture reading was high in the bathroom but it is isolated and the rest of the house is dry. I am at work during the week and would need someone prepared to give a quote after 6pm or on the weekend and someone who doesn't mind dogs. I want to replace the existing shower over bath and vanity, flooring, etc as well as repair the damage. the house was build early 90's and it appears to be the original bathroom.
