Rip out shower and install bath and tub in laundry

Bathroom: Our current bathroom has a built in shower with 3 serotone walls and stainless steel base. We need the shower ripped out (there is one wall that will need to be pulled out) and a bath framed up and installed. The bath will have a shower over it. Laundry: We need a laundry tub installed. We also need the linen/hot water cupboard door removed and some sort of bifold doors put in its place to conserve space.
