I currently have a 4 bedroom house with an attached double garage. The exterior of the house is Brick. I am seeking as an option, to extend the garage out sideways by another 6 to 8 meters. It will need the house roof altered as well to accomodate the extension. Just seeking indicative costs at this stage I have engaged a drafting specialist and I am waiting on resource consent and building plans before progressing as I will need to get quotes based on these plans
