We have purchased a 3 bedroom relocatable home on a property in Algies Bay which we plan to lift and install a lower level beneath the existing upper level. We have building consent and are ready to start in April/May. We are seeking estimates to: 1. Lift the existing upper level. 2. Pour foundation and slab. 3. Construction of the structure for the lower level to lock up stage. 4. Construction of deck structure, and; 5 All necessary council approvals. Includes electrical wiring and service plumbing. More drawings are available if required. Materials to be estimated separately please?
