New Floor - Rumpus

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves building a new floor in the area that was a Double Garage/Rumpus Room, which was sitting on a concrete pad. The rest of the house is on wooden piles. The walls of this room will also need rebuilding to include a new Front Entrance doorway. Most of the wall space will be fitted out with Stacker Doors and a large fixed Window. ** I can send photos of the job to an email address, once contact has been made. We will require this work to be carried out as soon as the house is sited on our land, which will be mid to late October. There are other areas of the house where building work is also required, hence changes to walls a couple of walls to allow for different sized Windows and Stacker Door. And some Internal changes to walls to allow for an Ensuite, a larger main Bathroom and a Scullery in the Kitchen. These further changes we are hoping to have carried out during November/December.
