1. Extend deck by 3.9m x 3m to match existing. 1.3m above ground level. 40mm premium decking. Wooden handrail (see part 2). Remove existing baseboard and place on new deck (see photo) 2. Change the existing wooden balustrades to stainless steel wires. Replace handrail with 50mm wood. Deck extension to match. See example picture. We are happy to take advice on best way to do this. Total length 13m including 7 steps (1.9m each side). 3. Roof. 7.8m x 2.6m to cover deck. Tinted clearlight plastic. Supports needed under existing house gutter (130mm clearance). Building side is 2.5m above deck. Outside edge will be 2m (or as advised) above deck. Gutter will be 7.8m long (material/colour to be decided either white plastic or Coloursteel grey to match house). 8m downpipe plus 3 elbows and T piece to join existing rainwater pipes (water is collected for drinking).
