renovate and extend

We bought a property at Auction with a settlement date end March 2013. We intend to renovate and extend and looking for builders and tradesmen to do the works, see list below. If you are interested in any of the works set out below please let us know. Things to do at; 1. Inspect Garage Roof and repair ( possibly New and/or temp repair) 2. Measure outside of house distance between house and garage. 3. Someone to comment on insulation 4. Insulation under floor and walls, check ceiling 5. HRV/DVS 6. Windows double glazed. 7. New GIB 8. Air Conditioner/ Heat Pump 9. New Fire to be enclosed (wood) 10. Carpets 11. New kitchen 12. New bathroom 13. Water filter and UV 14. Rear tank to be repaired by garage pipe to house tank 15. Get any necessary resource consent. 16. Extension – new bedroom ensuite & walk in wardrobe 17. Clean garage and house 18. Electricity Update MCB and RCD etc 19. Telephone no. Can existing no. be transferred to new house? 20. Planting out. 21. Fencing across front of property 22. Put hole in fence behind garage and new fence to rear of property 23. Decking over water tank extending out a little further with handrails.
