Bathroom Laundry

We are looking at updating our bathroom and small laundry area. We have an idea of what we want, but are looking for a builder who can advise us of how to go about it and carry out the work for us, plust help in soucing the materials needed. In the bathroom we want to lift the terrcotta tiles and lay either a concret floor and polish it or lay large congreat tiles. We would also like to take out the current tiled shower and bring the flooring material up into the shower area to make a more open walk in shower with a glass screen at shoulder hight. We are also looking at tiling the wall area of the bathroom from floor to mid hight. In the laundry we would like to repeat the new flooring and also install a small sink, bench and high shelf.

Started the job well, finishing took forever and a lot of smaller things where left to us. Still waiting on a working bath, although that is the plumbers issue.
