Looking for quotes to complete the conversion of the garage into bedroom. Need help with Council Consent estimate, etc. Existing garage has insulation in walls, carpeted, but floor level may need to be raised. Garage roller door to be removed, window (900mm AFFL ) installed (wall build around window too). Couple of new lights. Need advice on which consent is needed and quote for works please.
