Install +/- 6.1m x 250 PFC beam alongside existing as indicated in attached drawing Remove existing coat closet as indicated Remove existing laminate floor and tile to form entrance hearth Install client-approved log-burner fire c/w fixtures, fittings and flashings as appropriate by design Relocate existing light switch(es) to external wall. Retain existing ceilings, box around new beam and make good Site to be maintained in a safe, secure, clean and tidy condition at all times. Contractor responsible for removal and disposition of all waste All works to be conducted between --- weekdays only unless with the prior approval of the client
