Replace bathroom floor

Bathroom floor needs removing and floor boards either new or second hand need laying; Have not accurately measured as yet but area is about 4-5 m long and 2.5- 3metres wide and toilet and shower hot water cylinder are in the space. Other floor is matai but I do not necessarily have to match it if the job would be too expensive. Need an estimate of the cost; there would be other work as well to the outside replace some fibrolite and maybe also build a deck, and also a Double garage kitset build etc; First job would be floor and go from there. Builders labourer would be available to help if needed. Thanks
