Repair house foundation/piling

House foundation needs repair. The top level of a two-level house is supported over a carport on four metal posts. One of these has rusted at least half way through at ground level. This one needs replacing or repair. All four need to be bolted to the underlying concrete pads. Existing bracing may need to be replaced, and further bracing added.
