Close in Mezzanine Bedroom

The job involves closing in a mezzanine floor bedroom. I expect this would involve framing to extend existing walls to ceiling and create doorway, fit the new door, gib, plastering and paint to finish. We're in Woodhill. We are just after quotes at this stage. There is no guarantee that the job will happen until we know costs and can secure financing to get this underway. Strictly no estimates please. We need fixed price itemised quotes for this to work. We require someone who can do all jobs required to finish this or have good reliable sub trade contacts to do anything they can’t. We’re also looking at options outside of Builderscrack to widen our net. I usually work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays so those would be preferable if you want to do a site visit prior to quoting. The builders we’ve used for the other parts of our project have done an amazing job to a very standard, but, we’re having some headaches around sticking to budgets. This has forced our hand to look at other options to try and get things finished. Price will be a deciding factor here but not to the detriment of quality. If you have any Builderscrack reviews showing bad communication, questionable workmanship or unprofessional conduct then please don’t waste your time putting in a communication request. I’ve even had one guy make multiple Builders Crack profiles to try and get around this. Some people eh? Cheers - Adrian
