Office Fitout

Our client is a successful New Zealand Home Grown Company and have recently purchased their first office. We have designed the general look and feel for the office spaces and now require trades to come together and help deliver their project. We need the following trades to meet on site and provide competitive quotes ASAP. Collaboration between trades will be paramount, so if your business offers multiple trades that work seamlessly then interested parties take priority. 1. General Building - stud wall work, GIB work, installation of faux brick panels, installation of fake/cosmetic galvinized piping to ceiling and walls 2. Glazing - some glass partitioning and aluminium joinery to front internal 3. Walls - Painting of walls and ceilings, painting internal aluminium joinery faces 4. Flooring - Wood or Vinyl (TBC) flooring throughout building 5. Bespoke Furniture (may fall with builder but metalwork is involved) 6. Electrician - power, data, ceiling lighting (spot light track or similar, ceiling lamps. Power points added to walls, data added from specified points from walls (fibre is connected so must have expertise in splicing fibre connections) Building has two levels. Each level approximately 92m2. It will be a requirement to schedule meetings immediately on site where we can review plans, elevations and concept visuals to ascertain quotes, lead times and deliverables.
