New build fix ups

We have bought a new house and need a few bits fixing. Need a quote asap, before settlement, rough costing, then work whenever you can fit in, can re-price at time. Job is one uneven floor, suspected access panel not flush, room is carpeted. Two cupboards need building. One the recess exsists, just needs shelves and door. Other needs framing, shelves and door. They have gibbed half way across the cavity-3rd pic, a double garage floor needs painting, and a palm sized lump in a gibbed wall.
