Weatherboard Pool house

We require a qualified builder to build a 30sqm pool house (6,5 x4.5) using weatherboard and colour steel sitting on an engineered rib raft slab. The job has been professionally architected and is approximately 1-2 weeks away from being returned by council with consents. Earthworks for the pool area are scheduled for mid October 2017 and the slab and building work can take place from this point. We ideally require the job to be finished pre Xmas. The scope of work only needs to cover the structural and technical elements required for compliance. Items such as stopping, painting, flooring etc will be taken care of at a later date.
